Hire a Program Manager for ACT for SOCIETY Center
Role of Program Manager |
The Program Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and oversight of projects that align with ACT for SOCIETY Centre’s mission. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills to ensure the successful execution of programs that create meaningful social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage programs related to democracy, human rights, and youth engagement.
Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, government agencies, and community organizations.
Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in program delivery.
Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and funding applications in accordance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
Monitor and evaluate program impact, ensuring compliance with organizational and funding guidelines.
Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and events as needed.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related disciplines).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the non-profit or development sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Albanian and English.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations is an advantage.
